We don't cut corners with our kittens. While they are with us, we treat every kitten as if it was one we would keep ourselves. Here's a list of what your kitten receives while it's here, and what it takes with it to your home.

Food

Kittens' plates are never empty here. They have breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, supper, and "tensies."

You'll leave with some of everything the kitten's been eating. Because their digestive systems are sensitive, you'll want to continue feeding your kitten the same foods, and we hope you'll consider our recommendations. All our cats are fed the same high-quality foods, whether they go to shows or stay at home, are young, pregnant, or mature. For specifics on foods, see our Care and Feeding page.

Care Manual

We give you a "Care Manual" with specific information on all the food the kittens been eating, tips on introducing the kitten to its new home and to other animals in your home, and information on encouraging good manners and ensuring your kitten's safety.

Vaccinations

The health of our kittens comes first and that is why proper vaccination is so very crucial at their young age when they are most susceptible to infection. Our vet vaccinates all our kittens to insure their health and well being. Your kitten will come with a vaccination schedule to outline the vaccines it had up to the date of purchase.

Worming

We've never had worms in our cats or kittens, and every litter we take a sample to our vets for testing, as well as random tests of cats in the house throughout the year.

Microchipping

Each kitten is microchipped using the Avid microchip system. This is done for multiple reasons; the most important is proper identification if your kitten is ever stolen or lost and taken to a vet or shelter. Your kitten will come with information about the chip and we send in the registration of your chip for you - we pay the charge.

Support

After you buy a cat from us we will not disappear. We are just a phone call away and are more than willing to try to help you as much as we can. We'll keep you informed if there's a health issue with a cat in your kitten's litter. The other side of this is we expect photos and to be updated on how your little guy / gal is doing.

Guarantee

We have a kitten in every litter tested to verify our cattery is negative for FIV and FELV, and all our breeding cats, current and retired, are DNA tested and ultrasounded to verify healthy hearts. Although we don't think you'll have any problems, we want you to know we stand behind our cats against any genetically-derived disorders. Documentation of the parents' heart screenings are provided to each kitten buyer.
